1. If the notice is received more than 20 days prior to the event, 100% of the event amount paid will be refunded.
2. If the notice is received up to 20 days prior to the event, 50% of the event amount paid shall be refunded.
3. All cancellation requests made 5 days prior or on the day of the event, no refund will be made.
4. No refund will be made for any type of cancellation if partial payment is done.
5. There is no guaranty of service of the products.
6. We only exchange products if its packaging is intaged if packing is open or damaged no return will be accepted
7. If product is fitted no return will be accepted
8. Electronic products are not covered under return policy
9. We only provide exchange if the products is different from what u ordered
10. Please make a video while opening the parcel as a proof for damage or faulty products.

12. In certain cases we also provide refunds in that case it may take 7 – 10 days to show amount in your account as per standard banking process
