This will be an expansive tourist resort with a club and banquet complex in Burdwan in south Bengal. Set over two acres of land plus another two acres of green, the project will have 19 luxury rooms and a Maharaja suite which will live up to the epithet. The resort will have two restaurants, a bar, fast food café and large and well provided conference and banqueting facilities with lawns which can hold meetings of up to 3,000 people. It will accommodate extensive sports and recreation facilities with a large swimming pool, wading pool, indoor badminton court, squash court, kids play area, indoor games area, gym and yoga room. Besides, it will have a spa and salon with separate enclosures for ladies and gents.
